      STAY AWAY. NO TRANSPARENCY.

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities. Work from home was a nice feature. Base pay was good for the role.

      Cons

      No transparency. People are fired for no reason. People are always on edge. The company pretends to be "open" and "honest" but they are anything but this. No real metrics form performance. Feedback does not equate your standing with the company.

      Pros

      This seemed like a great gig out of college -I was told I would be making around $35,000+ annually with commission.

      Cons

      Once I was deployed onto my team, my outlook on this career path with Epitec changed drastically. This is a high-anxiety environment where several of my peers feared they would get fired daily if they didn't hit their targets. High turnover -people quitting and getting fired weekly. This environment wasn't positive and I didn't feel like I could grow here. I also had no idea what I was doing, as there was no training on the technical/engineering jobs themselves. Several coworkers were actively looking for other jobs as they didn't feel they had security here.

      Pros

      It's really hard to think of pros. The environment is so toxic the managers make you feel extremely uncomfortable by starring you up and down - maybe if you paid your employees more they could wear designer clothes like you!

      Cons

      Management is super fake. They act friendly to your face but then gossip about you in the weekly management meeting. They Hire young employees who don't have a family so they are pressured to work late and not get paid for it. They use you and then throw you away.
