Pros

Epitec provides its employees with a clean environment and up-to-date software. Also Epitec provides an initial training for those individuals who do not know what recruiting is. Additionally lunches are provided during this training.

Cons

Epitec's biggest issues are with it's company culture and values. Often recruiters are told to withhold the truth if not out right lie to its candidates in the effort to string them along for "possible" future opportunities. Additional culture and value concerns include inappropriate language that is not only used while in department meetings but also in its company wide meetings, employees can be immediately let go if they have bring up negative concerns of a co-worker or the company itself, and last but not least a look of it's employees being very much dispensable. If you are considering working for this organization there are a couple items to take into account. First I would not recommend leaving a position of employment as it provides zero stability based on Epitec's view of its employees. Second one should consider their own morality as you will be selling people as your "product" not an inanimate object. And last but not least one should know that Epitec does instruct one of its internal departments to posting bogus positive posts on sites such as this in an attempt to cover-up their high and negatively oriented turn-over.

Pros

They typically ordered good lunches and paid for happy hours.

Cons

Management had no clue what they were doing. A whole lot of office drama and pillow talk.

Pros

Epitec only hires people directly out of college. The employees are all around the same age group so it is easy to make friends. Don't get too close, they won't be there for long.

Cons

For the majority of people who work at Epitec, it is their first job. They do not know what to expect from an employer right out of college and Epitec uses this to their advantage. I worked at Epitec for more than 3 years in many different roles and have seen first hand how they take advantage of their employees. The recruiters and account managers do not say anything for the fear of losing their job. My advice to you is tell management what you really think and find a new job. Other company's treat their employees with respect. Everyone I know who currently works at Epitec is finding their way out. You "drink the juice" for a few months but that starts to wear on you when you see people being treated poorly. You shouldn't go to work having to fear for your job, you should be respected and compensated fairly. Management believes that they have all of the answers and if you challenge them in any form, they will let you go. I left Epitec on my own time, you should too. If you are considering Epitec, I would suggest looking elsewhere. It simply is not worth your time. You will end up leaving or being fired within the first 6 months anyway, so save yourself some grief. Also, lets be honest and now fool ourselves, management does create half of these reviews. Rather than take these reviews as constructive feedback and make the appropriate changes, they just create fake review to inflate their score. They don't even do it in a smart way, a lot of the review are on the same day. Typical.
