      Hard working company - Both Field and Corporate Staff!!!

      Pros

      Epitec offers 52 touch points a year to stay in contact with Field Staff and has held events for employees' to attend, such as picnics and sports games. The Internal Staff are all hard working and put in the time to build relationships with the candidates they place.

      Cons

      For internal staff, the environment is not for the meek or thin skinned! In working with people, you never know what you will get! Some candidates will say they are on board, then accept another offer out of no where and you just have to roll with the punches, focusing on delivering to your customer!!! You are on the phone all day long, so you must enjoy talking and networking with people to succeed in the Staffing industry. Must have the drive to perform to do well!

      Pros

      Epitec provides opportunities to those employees who are willing to work hard. If an employee if looking for additional responsibilities and if you talk to your manager, more than likely you will get more responsibilities. Epitec is growing their customer base, which means new and exciting customers to serve. This company is heading in a very exciting direction and I am happy to be a part of the team!!

      Cons

      Some reviews say there is a high turnover – which is not the case. The Recruiting / the staffing industry is not always the best fit some everyone, which Epitec understands. If an individual leaves, it very well could be because this was not the best fit for them.

      Pros

      Epitec, Inc. is a great place to start and build a career if you have the drive. You're given the opportunities to excel and the company promotes from within. I'd classify the atmosphere as laid back but professional.

      Cons

      There is constantly change occurring. Yes, this is present in every workplace; I personally just don't do well with change.
