      Pros

      A great place to gain experience. Get paid training and hone your skills in the recruiting industry. There are a lot of networking events and working with fortune 100 companies. Epitec has a good reputation with its customers and frequently ranks #1 in quarterly supplier metrics.

      Cons

      Of course there is turnover, but there is turnover in any kind of sales environment. If you buckle down and focus on your work you will not have to worry about anything.

      Pros

      I get to work with Awesome People, I get rewarded for my work, I get to work with state of the art equipment (dual monitors, wide screens, awesome phone system) I get challenged on a daily basis and I am busy and I love it.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is not enough hours in the day to accomplish all that I want>
