      Pros

      Nice office environment and they buy you a lot of lunch. Easy Job to get if you are right out of college because they will pretty much hire anyone no matter the degree.

      Cons

      Turnover in Recruiting staff Lack of Job Security No loyalty what so ever Keep your resume updated They buy you lunch and dinner so you stay until 7 pm

      Think twice before you choose them as your recruiter

      Pros

      Compensation ok if you bargain hard.

      Cons

      They don't care about you at all. they are only nice/respectful before you get the position. They never contact you once you're on site. this is a big contrast to my last recruiting firm whose employees actually brought my check each week and took me and my boss to lunch every two months.
