Pros

The company was good at first; they gave out lunch, merchandise, and you could work from home. THIS IS AN AT WILL EMPLOYMENT AND WILL FIRE YOU AT ANY MOMENT.

Cons

This company's doesn't make any sense to me. They fired me and half the recruiting team within weeks. The firing was spontaneous and cold-hearted. I was about to log online in the morning when I got the firing call. The manager then told me that I had to return my laptop and other items by the end of the day. Before they fired me, other employees were dropping like flies. The comments about them firing their employees on a whim and not explaining why is absolutely correct. They will have you in meetings all day then expect you to meet the call and submittal requirement. The company has a bad reputation with keeping recruiters;they don't give them time to grow. Do not work here if you want a stable position. 😵‍💫

Pros

Few of the employee care specialists are good at response

Cons

- if you are on a work visa this is not the company - immigration team is so rude and poor at the rules and maintaining documentations . - They don't even know how things are at your end they will dump you in middle and just say you are out of status and don't even help you to get out of the situation - Behind the door they will cover up there mistakes and try to project as if they are following all the rules and regulations . Note : I can show all the proofs required for what ever I have typed in ..

An unstable stepping stone

Pros

You have the opportunity, as a recruiter and account manager, to travel, receive decent bonuses and incentives. Opportunity to work remote and flexible schedule. Great stepping stone if HR is in your sights. Luckily, after I was terminated from Epitec, I was picked up by a major employer due in large part to my success at Epitec, for that, I do I thank Epitec. Epitec was a rewarding place to work at if/when you perform well. You can expect some long days but not often. Reimbursements were much appreciated. I would work here again as a fresh graduate but I would not work here after gaining full-time employment elsewhere. They sponsor various outings and non-profits.

Cons

Sub-par commission, very HIGH turnover rate, low starting pay, people are often terminated for "no fault". Many reviews from current employees have been sparked by middle management requests. Unfortunately, alcohol is strongly encouraged, although not mandatory, in this environment despite prior mishaps and other obvious downfalls including health of your employees. Costly insurance prices, only 2 weeks of vacation time and 2 sick days. The culture is a party environment.
