      Pros

      Free food occasionally, if you get a good associate account manager you’ll be happier, you get a good understanding of recruiting and networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Wishing I could do a negative star rating. Everyday you’ll be worried that you’ll be fired, account managers that could care less about your success and only money. Instead of good criticism / teaching moments you’ll be told what you did wrong and they’ll leave it at that. Horrible not realistic pay, they expect so much out of you yet pay you almost worst than a fast food restaurant, they’ll tell you you’ll make xx,xxx but that’s after you hire 10+ people and if you hit every single goal. The COO, CFO, etc. Only come in to talk about the companies goals - will never learn your name. Very cliquey work place and gossipy. Seriously if you get a job here - start looking for another one immediately.

      The recruiter position at Epitec is an extremely important and protected position. Epitec’s motto of placing people first is not only our business philosophy, it is the service we provide to our customers and employees. Placing 10 people is a SMART objective, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-boxed. Thank you for acknowledging this goal. The Recruiter salary is commensurate upon previous experience and education. The Recruiter commission and incentives are market leading.       No pros at all. That is the problem.

      Cons

      Epitec messed up my client-based assignment – big time. They failed to onboard me properly. Because of their error, I was benched for weeks. My Epitec rep said I would be paid and I would be returned to my original assignment in short order Both commitments were backed out of. I endured hardship and uncertainty due to not being paid for several months. I was foolish enough to trust Epitec – never again. I signed up for an assignment, not to be lied to and given the runaround.
