Pros
If you work on a "good" account you honestly have some opportunities to make decent income. This role also has some remote opportunities as well. Working with your account manager is also key to success. Very "clingy" culture here.
Cons
Sink or swim type of environment. Was not upfront about the high turnover rate within this role. If you do not hit your metrics you will be on the hot seat very easily. Minority own company with very few minority managers within. Lacks forward thinking in regards of top-level management. Pays commission out 3 months later even if you hit your numbers early.
