Pros

To any one who is interested in Epitec or just starting somewhere I would advise you to really give the company a chance-- don't just judge your opportunity by a few negative reviews-- you never know until you experience for yourself what a company can offer you.-- honestly all the companies I've worked at had some negative reviews too but what place doesn't?! Anyways here are MY PROS! Management is approachable, they talk to you and not at you. They see you as a person not just a number. I can laugh with them and be myself I don't need to be all uptight and proper all the time. They appreciate us! Work Culture/Environment: upbeat, young, competitive, not your regular call center vibe- it's better than that- you set your own goals and go at your own pace. Success in this business is in your hands. Good Salaray+Bonuses+ Incentives: I can't say how many shoes brand names too (Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, etc) I've added to my collection because of hitting my goals, also how many gift cards and extra cash that I've collected-- and this is just because I do my job :) +President Club: the option to go on a paid trip to a resort if you hit your goals)- this year is the Bahamas! Visiting client and lunching with managers/ employees: the opportunity to learn more about the people you work with and having conversations that lead to more than just work is VERY fulfilling.) Celebrating birthdays/anniversaries for internal/external : Epitec recognizes and appreciates you whether you work internally or externally. It's nice to be appreciated and remembered. Epitec Tech Team: these people have made all our jobs easier and more efficient by the processes they come up with and the system changes they put in place. I am very thankful for their help! I probably can think of something else but this is all I got for now! :)

Cons

Recruiting is a roller coaster: so you do have to have tough skin to push through your obstacles. But no worries you are given a team willing to help you push through :)

Pros

Epitec provides a lot of room for advancement if you are willing to put in the time and do what is expected of you. There is a lot of visibility with upper level management and the executives, even as a remote employee. If you do your job, you are rewarded. My current manager is amazing and definitely invests time into helping me grow and develop both professionally and personally. She is very flexible and is one of the reasons I stay at Epitec. There are a lot of options when it comes to employment and Epitec knows that. They try and keep their employees happy and overall I think they do a pretty good job.

Cons

Depending on what account you are on, your commission can vary greatly, however there are incentives typically every other month or so and opportunities for monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Pros

Epitec is a place to grow your career. I have been with the company for almost 9 years. The recruiting industry is tough, but overall it is worth it. Epitec truly cares about their employees and provides opportunities for growth and development to all of their employees. No company is perfect, but Epitec always strives to continuously improve the employee experience. Timely and actionable feedback is provided if you are not performing up to expectations. Managers really want to work with Recruiters and other Team Members to help them be successful. The work/life balance is hard to beat. Epitec implemented Flex/Core Hours a few years ago. This allows you to pick your own schedule and start as late as 9:30PM or leave as early as 3:30PM (it is amazing!). There is also increasing ability to work remotely either part or full-time. I chose Epitec 9 years ago to start my career and am here to stay! Love the company!

Cons

Recruiting is not a career for everyone and overall has a high turnover rate. You really have to hustle and have a knack for finding the right talent to fit our customers needs. There is turnover at the company (no higher than market average).
