Pros

- They pay you on time. - They'll work with you to get your billable / payable hours entered in to the time system if your not near a computer.

Cons

- Poor time tracking system, but better than what they used to use. - Changed holiday and vacation time benefits taking time away from employees. Instead of tiered vacation time based on time with company, you only get the vacation you negotiate at the beginning of your contract. When this change was made, the company didn't allow employees to re-negotiate time off. - If you take the client holiday option, you have to take a pay cut, and they don't pay fore all the client holidays. - If the client shuts down for Christmas or mid year retooling (Automotive based industry), you have to use your vacation time. - Billing department uses you as a collection agent, doesn't bother to let you know it's missing data for billing until after the monthly books are closed for the client. - Haven't seen or worked with Epitec Account Rep in about a year. Company doesn't follow up with their employees at client locations. - HR / Payroll are not professional about missing time sheets. The form letters they use need to be less negative and threatening.

Pros

Free food. Outings on occasion. A few co workers seemed pretty cool.

Cons

1) Lack of communication between the trainees and the upper management 2) They terminate you without even offering feedback prior even if you put in the extra after hours in learning the process and screening candidates( No wonder turnover is at ALL TIME HIGH with this company). 3) The training that is provided is not suited for all learning styles. (You can not train someone in 4 days and expect them to become master recruiters/genius finders). 4) Management sets expectations high for new recruits within the FIRST 2 WEEKS

Pros

Pay is fairly decent for an entry level, recent college graduate. They offer an annual salary of about $30,000 however, you also receive commission off of candidates you place with their clients. And if you meet your monthly goals (submittals is what they call it) - you can get get an extra 100$ OR 300$ bucks. Training is very informative and you quickly bond with the individuals in your training class. (however dont get too comfortable with them- half of them will be fired before training is complete, and the other half will most likely quit or be fired within 6 months). Lots of "quick announcements" where they celebrate the success of employees (usually management and account managers). Expect lots of cake, snacks, beer breaks, etc.

Cons

VERY VERY HIGH TURNOVER. Your job is not secure. And they are constantly hiring new recruiters. For the most part if you do your work and meet your weekly goals you should be okay, but if your are not meeting those goals -prepare to get fired.
