Pros

Lots of free food, events with free food. Incentives if you can reach your goals. They have some fun ones like digital items and shopping gift cards, as well as cash incentives. Fellow recruiters are easy to get along with and easy to form bonds. Kick off party was fun. Benefits- not great, but at least its offered.

Cons

There's a reason why they hire only recent graduates or people with less than a year of experience. You don't know what a real work environment is, so you think Epitec's environment is how a work environment is. Trust me it's not. Working at a professional place now this place is a joke. I was there for over a year and saw at LEAST 70+ people come and go, including managers. Benefits- package is very weak compared to what other companies have to offer, in terms of medical and 401k. UNPROFFESIONAL- Managers try to be young and "hip" and like to drop f-bombs. They also like to cuss at employees through emails as well. Also, will fire you on the spot if you try to give a two week notice. No such thing. Will NOT write anyone a letter of recommendation, will only confirm you worked there. Fake/awful environment- Just like all the other reviews, everyone is always on edge about being fired or "let go". Honestly that's the worst part. Do you want to work for a place and put in 110% and still fear being fired for not meeting a goal one month or making one false step? It's even more stressful when you have bills to pay! No growth (both for the company and career wise)-company is always bragging about how they are growing, but the number of recruiters always stay the same. After you start off as a recruiter, you can some an account manager, and then what? Theres not enough accounts or business to do much else. Free food- was a few lbs heavier while i was there. PS-Epitec does not care about you or your career, they want to cut costs and deepen their pockets.

Pros

lots of food, happy hours, and activities..to keep the employees happy!

Cons

You never know when you or your friends are going to get fired. They hire 12-15 recruiters at a time and within a month's time, half of them are gone.

Pros

Supportive Peers, Opportunities to network and travel in office, Free food.

Cons

Everything. Where do I even begin. Initially, the company presented itself as a great place to work, with a supportive culture and a focus on employee well-being. They promote a sense of camaraderie and a positive company culture. However, after a few months, the reality sets in. This place will take advantage of young new grad students or desperate job seekers and burn them out to the max. The work environment fosters a constant sense of insecurity, with frequent layoffs and firings happening. Employees are placed on performance improvement plans (PIPs) without clear guidance or actionable steps, which is most likely a signal that you will lose your job. They set extremely unrealistic metrics that continue to increase the longer you are here, and if you are falling behind (which most people are) even just a little bit, they will micromanage you and not give you any room to breathe until you can get back on track. If you aren't making any improvement (even if it's out of your control), they will fire you. If you aren't meeting these impossible metrics, they ask you to work on your days off with no additional pay to meet their metrics, so you are backed into a corner and have no excuse as to why you aren't meeting numbers. It is a constant uphill battle that you are destined to lose. If an offer falls through and a candidate decides to not take the job, it is immediately your fault. Management will question your abilities and blame you for not doing enough to save the deal, even if it is completely out of your control. Leadership is extremely unprofessional and shady, making extremely inappropriate comments and using lots of profanity during company meetings. I am surprised that these people have not been reported. You are nothing but a number to this company, they do not care about what you think. There is no room to express your thoughts here, you either get on the epitec train and slave away your life to this company and expect nothing in return or get left behind.
