      Pros

      Epitec is a great company to work for! You can really tell they really care about their employees. They are always making changes to make your work place better and make sure you enjoy your job!

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working with Epitec but rather some difficulties you run into with the job. This is a very fast paced industry so you have to move fast if you want to find the best candidates before your competitors get to them.

      Pros

      Everyone there is extremely friendly, there wasn’t a single person there that I disliked, PMA af. Epitec has a fun company culture and is very rewarding if you work hard, there are tons of incentives and often short cookie and beer breaks. They hired me with little experience and mentored and trained me to be successful.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is when the second microwave broke. For a week trying to use that one microwave was a micro-wait.
