      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities to grow. The company is growing really fast, which is opening a lot of new positions and Epitec like to promote within. I have had the opportunity to work for different teams and departments to get a better knowledge of the business. Senior management likes to invest on their people to learn and grow. Equipment is up to date and top of the line.

      Cons

      Traditional thinking from employees and managers makes changes painful.

      Epitec has a great company culture, obtainable bonus and incentives, flexible hours, and wonderful management. Epitec really wants you to be successful and fosters the development and growth their employees through continuous guidance and support from management, account managers, and lead recruiters.

      Cons

      Recruiting can be stressful. To be a successful recruiter you must have drive and be motivated to meet goals and deadlines.
