Pros

I've been afforded many opportunities to develop myself here and the experience I have gained over the past few years has been invaluable. If you are willing to put the work in, there is endless opportunity here to grow and contribute. I think the thing a lot of people struggle with is that there's no hand holding here, you really need to take ownership of things and be ready to face the consequences of things going wrong. As for the CEO, Jacyn, I cannot believe the vilification taking place on here. It's very fulfilling working for an actual person you can have a beer and a chat with, rather than some faceless suit in a corporate office somewhere.

Cons

Some senior recruitment decisions do seem rushed which can create confusion as the structure and direction can change quite frequently. Could also do with a vending machine!

Pros

Epos Now is a great environment to learn and grow, very fast moving and really pushes you to perform at your best. Recognises talent and hard work regardless of what role you do. There has been a lot of changes recently in the software team, which is really exciting to be part of. Change can always be a bit daunting at first but as a team we are already seeing the benefit. The CEO and COO are very passionate about the business and I always feel inspired by the CEO's vision and plans for the future.

Cons

I don't see any downsides to working here. You are expected to work hard but that is normal for any company.

Cons

CEO is a megalomaniac who has made so many uncalled outbursts to staff here that everyone is now quitting. Place is losing money hand over fist and won't last another year.
