      too much free time

      Pros

      Great on job learning if you are trying to build up your technical skill mainly SQL. Great benefits and starting to turn into a younger company. Pay is decent but still below industry average. WFH opportunities after 6 months usually 2 days a week.

      Cons

      I have had way too much free time and have alerted management but epsilon seems to hire people even when they are not needed. come to work not having anything to look forward to, seems to be more of an internship rather than a job with daily duties.

      friendly in-office staff and leadership

      Cons

      no HR in SF office; upper management is MIA, not consistent, no direction; culture in SF is non-existent; average tenure low, lots of people coming and going + lay-offs; stock has steadily been going down

      Pros

      Flexible time off, able to work from home when needed, good benefits and Pay. Work with really talented people.

      Cons

      lots of Company changes. rolls are not as clearly defined as they used to be. Much more competitive to advance career. work life balance sometimes struggles due to tight deadlines.
