Very talented group of people, very poor upper management

Pros

Great people to work with day to day, employee benefits and overall company perks. Company culture varies from group to group and office location.

Cons

Work life balance. Long hours and weekends are the "norm" because of poor upper management and managing client expectations. Consistent and unreasonable time constraints result in poor work being delivered.

Pros

In general the implementation teams are built with great people. There are some new technologies and most always interesting work.

Cons

Projects tend to be undersold and the implementation teams have to make up for the time and low hours with major investment of personal time and commitment. Not always acknowledged by Senior Management. Also there is a lot of political interaction at play.
