Pros

Decent culture with upgraded benefits implemented recently to help morale and work/life balance for full time employees.

Cons

Cannot keep top talent for more than a couple of years. No clear vision as a company and it's clear to most employees are not the top priority for decision makers.

Pros

During my stint at Epsilon - my experience was a positive one. The culture is excellent, the people truly want to assist, management listens, and it seems like a family atmosphere. Currently Epsilon is going through some change in restructuring different divisions of their business, but its the motto "do more with less". You will have to earn your keep and at times you might have to get things done at the last minute.

Cons

I do no have many cons, but the one I would say is to hold all parties accountable to perform the tasks that he or she has been tasked to perform.
