Pros

Some inspiring and passionate people to work with and learn from. Compensation is decent but leaves you tied to the job. A short-term opportunity to add highlights to the résumé. The size of the business allows you to make an impact no matter what your position is.

Cons

In an environment where everyone is trying to get out and the new people on-boarded are wondering when they can get out, one can only wonder how far you would go for a job. Little room for advancement after a certain period, i.e. dead end. Top heavy with upper management all making executive decisions, the bucket for talent is slowly leaking. Decisions are not geared toward long-term growth or retention. Average employment span of 1 year Corporate atmosphere

Pros

Top talent, interesting work, strong culture. Passionate team keeps this place thriving

Cons

SolutionSet as it's original brand is a great place to work. Since it was acquired, the culture is unfortunately changing. The core group is trying to maintain what we had, but large corporate initiatives beat us down.
