      Pros

      Most accounts support the latest technology and refresh hardware periodically. Great place to work for someone interested in performance & tuning of databases or processes. Opportunity to work on Oracle Exadata, RAC, Flash-based technology, etc. Lots of other high-skilled employees to draw and learn from.

      Cons

      Still have some accounts with older technology. If you are average or below average then you most likely won't last long.

      It's definitely not for the weak of heart. Epsilon is a fast moving, client driven environment. We do what it takes to get the job done, and done well. No two days are the same, and if you don't know how to be resourceful and show initiative then you could get left behind. If you're invigorated by a fast pace then you'll be very happy and grow in your career.
