Must manage work-life balance because of company growth. There is always more project work to do, so you must manage your time. Company growth rate and reorganizations cause some confusion. Finding the right person(s) to talk to across business units and locations can be tricky.

Very much a "what have you done for me lately" environment, in which people get let go regardless of their contribution, to meet a bottom line financial promise. Then new, less expensive replacements are brought in. *if you're not a favorite of senior management, forget about advancing *always willing to push a product to market before it is ready, and usually before a support model is in place. *very focused on the bottom line and short-sighted in building loyalty among employees.
