      Pros

      Friendly employees, excellent training programs, regular opportunites for advancement, most promotions come from within, always investing in the future

      Cons

      No longer the great corporate culture it once had, upper managment can be non-communicative at times, non-documented benefits can vary from department to department, very little acknowlegment for going above and beyond

      Pros

      Wonderful Employees, great products that provide value to clients. Decent benefits and average compensation.

      Cons

      Poor execution and support for integration of divisions. Understaffed, little support. Filling out forms and reports that are not utilized has become a large part of the business. Lack of innovation.

      Talented and hard working employees but lacking stability and focus

      Pros

      Everyone seems to be hard working, very talented group of people. For the most part, everyone sticks to a 9 to 5 schedule except for the occasional crunch time. Good place for networking and building relationships. Flexible work arrangements, even supports full time telecommuters.

      Cons

      Seems to lack focus and stability. Too much change without allowing anything time to soak. There's a general atmosphere of mistrust of upper management. Guidance and vision is lacking. Benefits could be better. Expectations are often unrealistic, causing cycles of missed deliveries which demotivates everyone.
