      Lack of leadership and training; typical corporate middle management no-nothings who are managed by those that know even less. Management is detatched from the needs of the clients in the marketplace.

      Not too much. There are some nice people.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover and an inability to entice new hires to replace those that left. Years behind industry standard functionality and technology. Employees stretched across multiple time zones with very little overlap. Constantly changing priorities. Most employees seemed frustrated and tired of the constant change and lack of resources. Was not a positive or collaborative working environment.
