      Great people, disjointed and slow moving company

      Pros

      Lately, the company is a major driver of the success of the larger Publicis group.

      Cons

      Disjointed groups within the company and the majority of structure and process still reflect that of old agencies and advertising groups rather than an agile and iterative tech company. Middleman departments like sales and marketing are still more valued and better compensated than the engineers, analysts, and designers building and evolving their products and offerings. The creative team (which includes product and UX) is not part of the company bonus structure.

      Unlimited PTO, work from home opportunity, benefits

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO is pointless as there is no time to take off. Understaffed, lack of communication from upper mgmt, toxic work environment, bad culture.

      Amazing Culture, but a cheap company

      > Offshore and Local team are amazing > So much diversity and fun events hosted > Many random days of rest given > Unlimited PTO > Decent first job for freshers

      Cons

      > Terrible Pay > If you are a Senior or above, say goodbye to your work life balance > Not enough resources for the amount of work there is > They are allocated a certain number of promotions per account - so even if you deserve one, sucks because you're up against others who don't even work with you.
