Thank you for your review and feedback. Very true, never bored here for sure. You’ve heard the Compensation led webinars I’m sure on what makes up our full compensation package. (401k, benefits, perks beyond benefits, etc…) We do work to be competitive in any given market, and do yearly reviews with benchmark data to ensure we’re paying fair to market and based on the job duties. Having said that, hoping you’re exploring that with your direct manager. We want our people to feel fairly compensated for the work that they do, and to be fulfilled with working at Epsilon. It’s true that our folks can be stretched thin within some groups and/or accounts. When the client calls, we answer, for one. We hope that we can offer you a good work/life balance, and that you’re expressing any concerns that you have around that as well with your manager. Your note on advice to management has been heard and makes sense. Thank you again for your review, and we hope you see some positive changes that make working here even better. --Human Resources Team

Pros

Big data company specializing in email marketing. Has many big brands as clients.

Cons

They acquired a creative agency (Ryan Partnership) and they have forced this group to adhere to the very corporate culture and expectations of Epsilon, making it difficult to foster creative professionals and provide a path for career growth.
