Pros

I worked with extremely talented people. Built some life long business and friend relationships. Great snacks, happy hours and benefits. Great office spaces.

Cons

Very Late hours for all team members. Micro management to an extreme. Terrible salary compensation for junior positions from corporate management.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your feedback and point of view. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your team and the office environment. It is a main goal of Epsilon to make sure that our employees are exposed to training and working environments that will help them excel later on in their careers. As a junior level employee you may have seen that manifest in some extra involvement from your managers or additional training courses. This environment is cultivated with the mindset that the industry is ever growing and we want our employees to be able to take full advantage of its opportunities and to share their feedback whenever possible. We appreciate that you have done so here and hope that we can take this to improve our plans for the next class of leaders here at Epsilon. --Human Resources Team

Great people, terrible systems and silos

Pros

Love the people - talented colleagues who work hard and do it with a genuine smile. Great autonomy, trust with team and manager. Really good benefits and perks (401k match, excellent fitness and tuition reimbursement, on-site gym, back-up childcare, just to name a few). Even have good cafeteria food that's even subsidized. I love the culture and values are upheld.

Cons

Epsilon has the most difficult and least-enabling onboarding process of any I've experienced. From finding what you need, who to talk to, how to get your job done, to accessing systems (terrible and terribly slow help desk support) Epsilon does not make it easy. Lack of information at fingertips or at least making it easy to find is beyond frustrating and holding new employees back from jumping into their roles and making a difference. Old systems that don't have functionality to make work easier or integrate with other systems. Not sure if it's the systems to blame or the people who keep the systems in place knowing we could reduce workload and make it more efficient if we were willing to change.
