      epsilon Only thinks about its own profit , upper management is not ready to invest neither in technology nor in employees. 10-12 hours of work Daily

      Great people work here, but the organization itself isn't focused on retention or training so there's a high turnover

      Pros

      some really awesome coworkers, interesting projects, nice perks like free lunch on friday and tons of snacks and drinks. nice office location, relatively flexible hours depending on work load

      Cons

      lots of large multi-year projects, so not much variation if you're on one of those. no focus on onboarding, training or retention. no evaluation process for higher-ups - only self evaluation. very strict annual bonus/raise policy.

      Cons

      Overpromises to clients results in teams putting in vast amounts of overtime to try to deliver. Usually results in a disaster that has to be maintained at great effort (more overtime).
