      Pros

      The people are the best reason to work here and the relationships you build make this the perfect place for someone at any career level. Flexible work environment. Many opportunities for WFH. The executive leadership is very accessible and in touch with employees. Company is very stable and profitable.

      Cons

      The compensation package isn't as competitive as it should be. The lack of an incentive plan for anyone below a Director level is a drawback for most. The medical plan is average overall, but below average for the Boston area.

      Epsilon is a place that works it's employees hard, but they accomplish a great deal with that effort.

      Pros

      Epsilon has very highly motivated and talented people working there--they are doing amazing work in the marketing technology field.

      Cons

      Epsilon is a small company trying to become a big company, and they are experiencing some growing pains as a result. They're working hard to establish best practices, but until they get there it's tough to find the right way to do things at times. They tend to view their employees as resources more than people at times, and work/life balance is very difficult to find on some teams (other teams are great though!).

      It sponsors H1B and 80% of the technical employees are working under work autorization

      Cons

      Low pay, no respect and no career advancement either
