Pros

I worked for the Digital Media Solutions subdivision. The people in that group (fmr Conversant folks) were by and large incredibly smart and great to work with. Their ad tech and identity graph are second to none and they can prove results, which helps satisfy demanding clients. Colleagues are generally willing to stretch to help each other out.

Cons

Many in senior leadership and especially the president have little/no people skills or leadership ability. HR (who are completely disconnected from reality) talk about values, but leadership (in Epsilon Digital Media and elsewhere in Epsilon and beyond in Publicis) blatantly does not practice many of them day to day. It has an odd and somewhat negative culture rooted in lack of trust, 2nd guessing everything, homemade crises, etc. As they say, 'the fish stinks from the head down.'

Pros

Teams are generally supportive and flexible. Wakefield office had snacks and events.

Cons

Leadership at times can be disconnected from those doing the work. The org is so large that things move slowly and need the approval of several people or teams before they can change, then are not often communicated appropriately.
