Can be relatively fast paced and enjoyable. Lots of smart people to learn from and develop relationships with. Strong bonus structure pre 2025

Cons

No vision or strategy, leaders are out of touch, lack of empowerment, no innovation to keep products competitive.

-Work life balance -People -Benefits

Cons

-Erratic and random merit/promotion cycles -Lack of transparency -Recognition only goes to those who are placed on highly visible projects with senior leadership. Those of us who do our jobs and keep the world spinning under the radar get nothing. Be buddy buddy with a senior leader and you will move up fast. Otherwise, forget about it.
