      Pros

      Healthcare options, Flex Time off, paid sick time separate.

      Cons

      Cost of healthcare keeps increasing, Flex Time off is at discretion of supervisor, so amount of takes you get approved can depend on workload and size of your team to cover for you. Number of days you can request is same if it’s your fist job or you’re a 20 year veteran. All depends on the direct supervisor.

      Good mix of technologies in use.

      Cons

      After it was acquired by Publicis Groupe, benefits have been getting reduced over time.

      Pros

      *Work from home 3 days a week *Flex time off is unmatched in my opinion. *Reasonable work hours and as long as there’s coverage for the work- flexible for doctors appointments or your kids needs.

      Cons

      *under paid- below market averages *little to no opportunities for advancements or reasonable increases in salary *no bonuses *they say it’s merit based- but you don’t even see your increase from the previous year until July- IF you get one at all
