      Market Place Team at Conversant

      I had some good co workers that I enjoyed working with.

      Cons

      Back in 2019, The Conversant Market Place team had an abusive manager. This specific person would discriminate and use his power against you based on gender. I dealt with it for a period of time and eventually had to leave for my own sanity. Sometime after I left, I notified HR that this was going on. I spoke briefly with HR and never heard back. If Conversant is still around and this specific manager is still around, your career and time at this place could be cut short. If this is a concern, please bring this up to HR in your interview.

      People, Location, Internal Promotions, Location

      Cons

      They are too lean. No care for employees exhaustion. They are chronically upside-down on what they pay women compared to men. They don't play defense against clients in any meaningful way.
