Pros

Was able to adopt new technologies and got an opportunity to learn.

Cons

The shift to Bangalore has resulted in the best employees leaving the company. This is also causing heavy burden on current employees to deliver quality with smaller teams with additional burden to train offshore resources.

Layoffs galore

Pros

Flexible time off Ability to WFH depending on team

Cons

Constant layoffs. Have offices in India and MANY jobs are “moved” there, even though it was promised several months ago that wouldn’t happen. Continual push to send work to India offices even though there is incredible talent stateside that needs the work. Don’t trust management. They just tell you what they think you need to hear to make you feel better and go away, not what is truth. Barely any advancement opportunity. Many people in lead or management positions don’t belong there, don’t know how to lead or manage anything.

At The End Of The Day (Or Decade), You're "Nada."

Pros

Some really nice people. Decent work/life balance, but they seem to offer up benefits with one hand and take them away with the other.

Cons

Some truly oblivious senior management. For many years, I had the pleasure of working with someone who I truly respect and admire. ENTER THE DREADED REORG, which left me stuck with a vindictive, competitive, retaliatory (in spite of company policy to the contrary) and yes, libelous "supervisor." Vindictive is one thing. Vindictive, ignorant and over one's head is quite another. Much of the account staff too, seems to be "grandfathered" in, with nary a clue as to how to write a decent creative brief or devise a strategy. In fact, they couldn't sell an idea if you paid them. Pun intended. The truth? it's a tragedy that good and loyal employees are shown the door due to "low numbers," when said low numbers are the direct result of laziness and incompetence among a small, but apparently bulletproof group of people who spend most of their time attempting to cover one another's butts.. An old, old story.
