Pros

You make your own schedule. Pay is OK.

Cons

You have to use your own car. They expect you to drive if it's less than 8 hours away. Management is constantly lying to the clients. You get unlimited vacation but you're expected to be there for the client even on vacation.

Pros

Great flexibility with work from home. As it’s an agency, it’s a casual working environment.

Cons

As they were going through a lot of acquisitions and changes upon my departure, they lacked a clear vision of who they were as a company and communicating that to employees. Our office was originally the headquarters before we were purchased by Epsilon and with the purchase came a transition of headquarters to Chicago, which and with a lack of care for our office and removal of almost all senior management in our office. This resulted in no office leadership and our location feeling very silo’ed from the larger company. In addition, with changes in management came minimal women in leadership (as in one, who has since left) on the Agency portion of the business, which as a woman was just simply uninspiring.
