      Pros

      They offer flexible time off.

      Cons

      They bring in new employees from India and expect employees to train them on top of the already insane workload. The company has hired externally for senior positions, instead of hiring internally, and expect the people that weren’t promoted to mentor the new seniors.

      Pros

      The company gives random “days of rest” throughout the year, so having a random off day was nice. Equals out though because the “unlimited PTO” is a scam. Every time you take off you get the cold shoulder.

      Cons

      Major corporate vibes. You’re just a number. Nobody cares about you personally, they just want u to do your job and leave. Nobody in my office would ever leave for lunch. Everyone’s overloaded with work, so they eat while working. Everyone works 10hr+ days and it’s considered “normal”. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this company

      Toxic bosses Treats employees as disposable Extremely aggressive at managing every minute of your day (and night) FTO is nice - if you ever get to use it
