      No loyalty!

      Pros

      Nice office with coworkers who are smart and eager to help. Epsilon promotes from within before looking elsewhere which can be nice to move up.

      Cons

      Very bad management and an HR team who could care less about the well being of it's employees. Promotes the smartest or best connected employees into management without any training. Regular layoffs. Micromanaging.

      Great Place to begin a Career!

      Pros

      Epsilon truly believes in investing in their employees. A lot of training, having a mentor, and constant communication on what could be improved are some pros. Along with incredibly kind people, who truly want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      There is a lot of information thrown at you, so you have to be organized and calm enough to handle it. It is fast paced, but if you enjoy challenge, it's not a problem.

      Culture has changed since Ryan was purchased by Epsilon

      Pros

      Wilton still has private offices.

      Cons

      Too many conference calls - all teams are now remote. The process to allocate resources among projects is flawed - too many projects, not enough resources and it is very difficult to bring new team members into the company when needed.
