      Cons

      Company is pretending inflation doesn't exist. I got a 3 percent raise with 7 percent inflation. The company is doing very well financially. Many people have left.

      Consistent, but Not Enough.

      Pros

      Values employees mental health - extra days of rest along with unlimited PTO (with approval of course) Always an opportunity to grow if you put forth the effort

      Cons

      Grossly behind average pay. Considering the “great resignation” occurring and wicked inflation for cost of living, it’s tough to stay motivated in the job knowing I could go elsewhere for the same exact role and easily make 20K+ more. Promotion path isn’t that clear - they’ve worked on making this more straight forward the past few years and are definitely heading in the right direction, but everything top down takes MONTHS (if not years) to implement

      Good people, poor future

      Pros

      I work in the tech side of the business so my experience is from that perspective. The people in my department were amazing. They work together well and are very determined to produce excellent products. Everyone's ideas are welcomed and new technologies are embraced. The company is doing well financially and appears to have a great future.

      Cons

      The company is in the process of moving all non-sales related jobs overseas so there isn't much future for U.S. employees. New management has come in and turned what was an amazing culture of teamwork and dedication into a culture of watch your back where only the bottom line matters.
