Pros

Epsilon always treated me fairly, even when they laid me off. They are being very safe during the pandemic, allowing everyone to work from home. They are concerned about social injustice and are taking actions to achieve more diversity in the company. Pay is good. They hire high quality, high integrity employees who are committed to successful outcomes. Some years Epsilon makes a small discretionary contribution to your 401(k) in lieu of bonuses to below Director-level individual contributors. Epsilon takes action based on client and employee surveys.

Cons

Below director level is not part of the bonus structure. There is so much emphasis on the bottom line that it is palpable. Jobs are increasingly moving offshore.

Pros

Very smart, fun and kind people on most teams. Flexible PTO is great WFH policy is great

Cons

Lack of leadership. Managers won't defend you or advocate for you. Lack of basic humanity. Treated as a row in a spreadsheet. Cut throat. Compensation is significantly below market. Benefits are horrible after the acquisition.
