Pros

Large companies have lots of resources and lots of access to high profile clients. If you find that attractive, that's great. As a result, it is very regimented.

Cons

The biggest downside of Epsilon is that as a large public company, it is incredibly beholden to it's shareholders. Often this manifests as no loyalty to employees. And especially in the realm of agency work, when clients go, so do employees. And Epsilon has no hesitation to lose employees.

Pros

Good co-workers. Clean office space. Decent pay and ok benefits. Good and constant training and refreshers.

Cons

Although compensation is pretty average, it is not on par with the company's earnings. The company is experiencing constant growth and bringing in tons of revenue, but that is not passed on to the employees. Raises, at best, hit about 1%. Health benefits are ok, but have high premiums and co-pays. 401k matching is not dollar for dollar. Profit sharing is given but very low compared to the revenues generated.

Pros

- Opportunities for growth abound - Team based organization promotes synergy - Great facility and useful incentives outside of base compensation

Cons

- communication outside of teams (ie: upper management, IT, desktop support, etcc) is inefficient. Ticketing systems exist but remain ineffective. Constant, repeated follow up and escalation is required to get anything done. - profit first approach without foresight repeatedly burns out entire teams
