Pros

Casual environment, free pizza fridays

Cons

Besides the whare house office and bad location, it is very difficult to get promoted. Salary is way below market average. And 0-1% raises are standard.

Pros

- Ability to Work from Home. - Relatively easy transition from one department to another.

Cons

- Extremely process oriented, where it impedes on the company's ability to produce results and good service to client. - Goals/mentalities across different team do not align, proving very difficult to get anything done. - Not competitive with compensation. - Lack of training, documentation all around.

Pros

I think Epsilon provides a solid work environment and enables a good work/life balance. You also get paid for working overtime for the first few years.

Cons

I think Epsilon could pay AE's a higher salary, especially working on the Digital team, since the position requires a decent amount of technical knowledge.
