Pros

A good stepping stone for another postion at another company good fellow employees hours are ok direct supervisor is easy to talk to

Cons

Pay is bad no benefits are available they interview you for one postion and then decide that it is no longer available at the site that you are working at. The standards are not even across all employees the policy is not enforced the same for everybody .

Pros

Worklife Balance, WFH, Good people, teamwork, Access work from anywhere (VPN)

Cons

Culture has taken a big hit after Epsilon was acquired by ADS, Only directors and higher share in company success, promotions are all over the map. In some cases, it takes forever for a great employee to get promoted. In other cases, some people jump 2 and 3 levels in just a few years. It is all just a matter of who you know. Who you know is much more important than WHAT you know.

Pros

Good benefits On-site gym and cafeteria Covered parking

Cons

Upper management, at least in the IT department, don't listen and/or care about concerns brought up by managers and staff. Unless you're a 'favorite' or in in one of the cliques, the chances for advancement are very limited. Major issues are never fixed properly no matter how many times and different options are presented. Lots of turnover. Security is a joke
