Promotions here are an absolute joke. I received a "promotion" but didnt get an actual promotion raise. I got 1 percent more than my typical merit raise, I've put in the work...volunteered for extra duties outside my role, worked weekends and days off, and waited for years for a promotion and received the highest review on my performance reviews. This company doesn't value people...you can't play off promotions by not giving people proper compensation.

-delusional leadership that feels disconnected from actual boots on the ground issues -very siloed & boring work, mobility is completely dependent on luck/what team you are placed on -raises are minuscule, blindsided everybody and delayed them half a year due to “busy season” -return to office required even if 0 team members are at your office, felt like checking a box and did not increase collaboration, just built resentment.
