      Great people and learning opportunities; sub-par pay

      Pros

      Epsilon is full of smart, kind and motivated people. Its varied offerings make it a great place to build depth & breadth of MarTech knowledge, while staying at one company. Since being acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2019, the company has continued to grow and sign big logos, and there are interesting problems to solve. Work life balance is good - for the most part a true 9-5

      Cons

      As it’s grown, seen an increase in bureaucracy/red tape, not always the quickest or most innovative. Biggest con is the compensation - Epsilon is consistently behind the market standard, and really does not compete with other tech companies in the space when it comes to salary. Not good about adjusting salaries to current market for long-standing employees, and leadership/HR are not transparent about this at all. Also seem to be nearly constant org changes - and Leadership lacks transparency about these changes and associated layoffs.

      Hostile & Toxic - Beware

      Pros

      They do offer remote work. Salary is strong against current marketplace, it could be better. Good amount of PTO.

      Cons

      Overall extremely poor leadership. Toxic Environment, Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen, people constantly stepping on your toes and mgt. does NOT support. Lots of drama and gossip, combined with favoritism. Then mgt. buys into false narratives. This is NOT a place for your mental and physical well being. No future and no professional growth. Their products are poor and all they care about is pushing things upon its customer base to drive impressions. Their data offerings are poor and I don't believe they really provide any value.

      Great product and mostly great people.

      Very political and bureaucratic, they say they want to hear from you and are open to suggestions....but they are not.
