Pros

Wish I had any pros

Cons

Interesting how Epsilon built an entire team of 7 people within DEI/CSR/Wellness all led by an executive but now have entirely eliminated the whole team with only 2 people left to support, layered under another HRBP. Epsilon completely faked their support for DEI out of the 2020 movement. They are not committed to anything for Diversity Equity and Inclusion - shown by reversing their commitment and disintegrating the DEI team. They are a homogenous company and have zero intention to change. Unlimited time off? Don't buy it. Career advancement? Not happening in HR unless you are homogenous and obeys leadership and never tries to innovate.

Not for a long term career

Pros

Unlimited PTO, good benefits, and hybrid working options

Cons

If you want a long term career in one place, count this out. Management seems to be interested in staying young, inexperienced, and cheap. They keep things a bit toxic with their management - or lack there of - style, especially senior management. They don’t appear to be interested in listening or providing guidance unless you’re part of the in crowd. I’m glad I moved on after giving several good years of my life.

Pros

My peers at management level and below were all awesome, gained some close friends as well along the way. Lots of fresh faces and new ideas and viewpoints to explore. Established processes and documentation - thanks to people like me! Trend setters had freedom to establish high expectations.

Cons

Leadership and executive levels are all out of touch, they kneel to the society trends. I lost faith the time we had a 2-day mandatory brain washing session in 2020 about BLM and inclusion - all that seemed to do was divide us more. They changed their logo 4 times during my 13 years! Main leaders also left and company acquired by a larger European firm, everyone is now lost and woke, it's a joke. I was glad I got to be there for the good normal and logical years.
