Pros

Office environment is amazing Friendly people around Open work culture Equal opportunities for women The office looks amazing! You will love working here. Free food on fridays. Transportation free except for 8-5 shift Shift allowances. Free coffee, tea and biscuits. :p No partiality Great work life balance. Work from home option. Entertaining activities keep happening. They values thier employees. Team outing are the best. I dont understand the negative reviews given by few senior employees, just because they are treated the way other employees are treated doesn't mean they are not valued.

Cons

No clarity in job roles, at least until you start working. No new technology to work on.

Pros

Epsilon has a brand name work life balance

Cons

Bangalore Epsilon has started growing since last 2 years, but not much work to be done. US counterparts don't have the confidence with Bangalore team that team can deliver. Bangalore management doesn't have authority to take any decisions. They are always seek US management. Whatever US management says, Bangalore management follows blindly. Job security in Bangalore Epsilon is 0%. if they hire a person in some technology and US management says, that work has stopped, then Bangalore Management don't even think and they start firing that new resource. My suggestion is, if you are already working in a reputed company, continue there. Don't fall on Epsilon Bangalore salary increment trap and don't risk your job. By looking at the office which is always empty, you will never know when you will be fired :) Its better to continue your life with the salary for next 15 to 20 years in a good company than continuing your life in Epsilon for 3 years and then you never know when you will be fired
