The company companies top leadership/officers have decided to actively off-shore many positions (both administrative SME and managerial) in a misguided attempt to save money. This off-shoring has come with a marked decline towards positive customer servicing causing some clients both major and minor to abandon ship due to the noticeable decline in responsiveness and quality of client servicing. The current trend has also contributed to a decline in morale among many of their most knowledgeable and dedicated associates causing several to seek new opportunities out of their own accord.
