Pros

Highly talented teams, very collaborative environment with a focus on problem solving.

Cons

Best team members are stretched too thin with little relief, and long hours. Promotions are scarce, even for top performers. If you are good at your job, you will be stuck in it for a long time.

Pros

Good benefits, PTO policy, WFH policy as well as a relaxed and casual office environment. Climate and culture is easy going and the vast majority of associates are a pleasure to work with and approach including both Sr. Management and Executive level personnel.

Cons

Little movement within company once on-boarded if you want to stay in your chosen career path. Many times Sr positions are filled from outside without consideration to the current set of associates. The results are disappointing with the new leadership either taking several years to be brought up to speed with such a broad and extensive set of technologies and client base or, more often than not, with them not being a good fit to the environment resulting in a revolving door of leadership with the respective goalposts changing with each new hire. The company companies top leadership/officers have decided to actively off-shore many positions (both administrative SME and managerial) in a misguided attempt to save money. This off-shoring has come with a marked decline towards positive customer servicing causing some clients both major and minor to abandon ship due to the noticeable decline in responsiveness and quality of client servicing. The current trend has also contributed to a decline in morale among many of their most knowledgeable and dedicated associates causing several to seek new opportunities out of their own accord.

Pros

Free friday food Free transport except 8-5 shift

Cons

Worst transport facility, need approval everytime when you change time even for a single day Free friday food is of worst quality and same stale food they serve in dinner which is the most disgusting part of free friday food work from home is not there at all at least in my team, only for advertising the best work life balance, no work life balance at all. There are lot more cons. Advice don't join this company, if you have another offer go for that.
