Micro management No good Technologies to work No innovative work Scrap work all things taken care by onsite. Fake job description won't find those Technologies Worst work culture manager is controlled by dependent employees . Team related qualities nothing . Hired for lead but asked to work on L1 tasks . No clarity in roles defined . Speaking in local languages On-site team bullies offshore Unnecessary escalations Head weight employees holding dependencies . Managers are worst in Technical can't handle head weight employees No KT nothing direct attack if escalations comes they will target to leave . Batch or Group culture. Hike will be given Tamil becoz director is Tamil. Most of them joined from one company and they hire there near & dear ones or regional feeling. On-site team doesn't cares Indian directors
