They offer great benefits, training and growth opportunities, if, you get to stay long enough.

Cons

Extremely high turn-over rate, especially when there is a management change. Once that happens, the whole team seems to be replaced over a short period of time.

That can be drawbacks to working with a very large company. Occasionally it is difficult to understand the changes in management structure or who is in charge of what. It doesn't affect me that much at my level
