Pros
Fun working culture, Flexibility, work from home, Cab facilities, Team outings, Best infrastructure, very good people, Office location. Charity, Sports rooms, Projects that I have worked, Wonderful learning curve, Sometimes u don't feel to get out of office.
Cons
Even if you are one of top performers in team, your pay will be far below than market standards. Hr's are interested in hiring new employees, they don't prefer to retain existing employees who worked for billable projects.
