Pros

Overall the people you work with are fantastic, easy going, and working hard to get everything done on time and with minimal pain points. Flexibility to WFH is amazing. Everyone has adapted to working remotely. Flex PTO is great if you use it (see cons)

Cons

Senior leadership (VP and above) aren't connected enough with the processes and platforms to make promises to clients, but do anyway. It may be like that at many places, but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. Flex PTO is only good if you use it, and can use it without repercussions. Mostly taking way less vacation than what you would be taking if it wasn't flex. Yearly salary bumps are less than cost of living. If you don't get in high you wont make up any ground.

Pros

-Health benefits -Flexible PTO (except this depends on your team, because some managers are still stuck in the 3 week, 5 sick days mindset, even though the company has stated it is flexible.) -Work from home (again, this depends on your team, but Epsilon has a two day WFH policy. A lot of older management believes you aren't working if you are working from home.)

Cons

- Employees are overworked and under appreciated - Promotions are dependent on what team you are on, and not how good you are. You will see people who deserve to get promotions not get them, and those that aren't as good get promoted because of politics and how well they are liked. - Upper management does not do a good job of allocating work evenly, and does not care about their employees work life balance - On some teams, certain people are doing all the work, and other teammates are doing nothing - A lot of upper management politics - Offshoring a lot of jobs, and they are not as qualified, causing a lot of errors and extra effort to correct - Extremely low pay compared to market

Pros

Culture was once good.

Cons

Too many to list. Extremely low morale and low energy environment. Many of the account teams are not properly organized and structured and roles are no longer clearly defined. Loss of many accounts has made the energy stale mostly because there is currently no future direction for the office. It has become completely dysfunctional. Another huge problem is that there are certain people in high level roles who are very clearly being "looked out for" and favored. People in the office pick up on this and the frustration makes for a negative environment.
