Pros

Nice colleagues is the biggest pro. Diverse and international business environment with lots of opportunities to travel in a fast paced environment

Cons

Too many to sum up. With the departure of the previous CEO, the company lost its soul and identity ... new CEO not so much. Very fragmented and complicated organization.

Pros

1. Free Transport - 2. Free Lunch on Friday

Cons

1. Started newly in Bangalore. No idea how Offshore and Onshore Model works. 2. Onshore employees feel their job is at stake and try to hide things and try to escalate for all reasons. 3. Most of the projects are support or enhancements 4. BA don't explain the requirements and expect to complete the work 5. Don't expect any support from managers 6. They will promise of cross training and without proper training or support expect you to complete, if not scare you with PIP
